Cultural Analysis Profile Report and Cultural Comparison & Gaps Report

These two Reports can significantly enhance the ability of client to be as successful as possible in a cross-cultural situation/engagement.

The Cultural Analysis Profile Report is provided once a user-friendly cultural questionnaire has been completed (approximately 15 minutes). It identifies an individual’s key cultural predispositions and biases. People find their Report very insightful since they are not usually aware of their cultural predispositions and biases. 

Based on your Cultural Analysis Profile Report, you can then request a Cultural Comparison & Gaps Report to compare your cultural predispositions and biases to that of culturally different foreign countries. 

Working with the information from these Reports, our company’s customized cultural sensitivity training adds significant value by providing training on how to adapt and align yourself with a culturally-different individual so that they become significantly more trusting of you; more comfortable with you; more open when interacting with you; significantly increase your understanding of a culturally different individual; and how to overcome the cultural obstacles/barriers you are experiencing with them. 

I: Cultural Analysis Profile Report: Each Report is highly individualized. No two individuals have the same array of cultural predispositions and biases. 

II: Cultural Comparison & Gaps Report: This Report compares your Cultural Analysis Profile Report Profile to the culture of up to 100 countries and identifies your cultural gaps with a specific foreign country.
